Vlog transcript:

Hello, everyone. I’m Tim Ward, general manager of NetForum by Community Brands. NetForum’s spring 2024 release is here, and I’m excited to highlight some of the new features it provides.

Voted up in the Ideas Portal (IDS) by our customers themselves, Digital Wallet is now available via CardPoint.Apple and Google Pay with NetForum

Digital payments are the way to pay now and in the future. Your members will appreciate a modern approach to paying for dues, courses, and conference registrations quickly and easily.

Increase renewals and drive non dues revenue such as donations with secure stored payment options provided by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Another IDS portal feature is the “type-ahead search” for general ledger accounts. No more scrolling through long lists to find the right GL account. Start typing in the search box and a list of matches appears. Just like the query search box, you’ll love this major time saver.

These are just a couple of our exciting new features. Be sure to check out all of our innovations on our what’s new page (available to NetForum customers from our monthly newsletter sent on April 12th). Thank you and have a great day.
