NetForum Spring 2024 product release 32

In NetForum’s latest product release, our team launched several enhancements such as a modernized experience in the eWeb payments portal, including the introduction of digital wallet. Members will appreciate the ability to quickly pay dues,Apple and Google Pay with NetForum invoices, and donations via familiar methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Leveraging digital payment options make it easier for your organization to reach younger members, especially Generation Z. According to Forbes, 74% of Gen Z say that accepting new forms of digital payments improves their perception of a brand.

Exciting customer success updates

The NetForum team is expanding! To support our growing NetForum community, we are excited to announce new team members on our client success team. We prioritize meeting your needs and helping your organization succeed.

We are also happy to share that NetForum’s Net Promoter Score is currently 43. Scores of 0 – 30 are good. Our ultimate goal is to hit 78 by the end of the year. Reaching our goal of 78 is equal to world class customer service.

NetForum client services updates

Our client services team announced our newest trainer, Carla Mundy, based in St. Clair Shores, MI, and is now available for virtual or in-person training. Carla has over 20 years of experience and is excited to begin client specific module training, consulting, and virtual classroom style end-user training soon.

During our the NetForum town hall, we had the pleasure of welcoming several new customers, including the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians (CAEP), the Coalition of Oregon State Administrators (COSA), and the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA).

Finally, our NetForum customer support team has wonderful news to share! Our customer satisfaction rating is 98%. We are proud of our high rating and are committed to continuing to provide the best service and support to our customers.
